In the pursuit of a brighter and more promising tomorrow, the collaboration between the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the dedicated efforts of Aman Welfare Organization has brought to life a remarkable initiative – the Schools Improvement Plan (SIP) under the Training for Pakistan Project. This partnership stands as a beacon of hope, radiating positive change across the educational landscape of Pakistan.

Goal of the project: The main goal of the proposed project is to strengthen the education conditions in the rural areas of Multan through teachers’ trainings on School Improvement Plans. The project will improve the overall educational condition in the selected schools of Multan, which will ultimately increase enrollment and improve the retention of schoolchildren at an early age.

Objectives:

To train at least 100 school teachers, educational activists and parents (includin$50% female) on School Improvement Plans (SIPS).

·         To develop 10 School Implementation Plans! SIPs) of 5 schools 5
·         To conduct at least 6 training workshops for school teachers of both covering
·         primary and high schools in the rural areas of Multan.
·         To increase the community involvement in school management and helping schools in providing quality education
·         To increase the retention of students at early grade in the schools.
